Peter Kanat is the CEO and founder of K and R Corp. In 2010 he formed a partnership with Felipe Restrepo and they have jointly created a company that has to date developed over $14 million worth of real estate assets, directly owns multiple properties and manages countless others.

Mr. Kanat's prior experience involves creation and management of several successful companies. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration program.

Felipe Restrepo

Felipe Restrepo is co-founder and managing member of K and R Corporation.  Felipe has been investing in real estate for over 20 years. In 2009 acquired the Florida Real Estate License and immediately joined Keyes Company in Miami Beach and specialized in residential and commercial Real Estate.

During his first year as a licensed real estate agent, Felipe became part of the TOP 10 producing agents out of 100 in his office.  In 2010, advanced into Keyes Company’s Inner Circle ranking top 100 out of 2500 agents by achieving more than $4M in yearly sales. Since 2012, Felipe has yet advanced even further into Keyes Company statewide Presidents circle by generating over $7M in yearly sales.

By partnering with Kanat and creating K and R Corp, Felipe has broadened his investment and sales talents by developing new construction, restoring art deco projects, remodeling, decorating and offering property management services.
